SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping within the US (except Alaska and Hawaii):

King Cylinder Heads offers FREE SHIPPING when you order a cylinder head and head gasket set. When you purchase a cylinder head and head gasket set for a V6 or V8 application you can include the second cylinder head with your purchase and the whole order will have FREE SHIPPING.

All FREE SHIPPING orders must be made by phone.

 

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska:

King Cylinder Heads uses USPS Priority Mail to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. USPS Priority Mail is reasonably priced and product will normally arrive in 2-3 days. Free Shipping special does not apply. Please call for rates.

 

Any New Return that originally had the freight paid by King Cylinder Heads will be credited the amount of the new return less the original freight charges and applicable restocking charges.

 

RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

Cylinder Heads have a conditional return policy (see below). Purchases of head gasket sets, head bolts, timing sets, etc. are FINAL. These items are nonreturnable. 

 

In order to receive a refund you must:

• Call 888-531-5464 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and for the shipping address for the return.

• Write RA# on outside of box. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number may be subject to additional  restocking charges.         

• Only items that are in their original condition may be returned.  Any item that has been installed or disassembled may not be returned. 

• Returns due to ordering of incorrect parts, ordering a part that is no longer need or change of mind will incur a 20% restocking charge plus any freight paid by King Cylinder Heads.

• Items returned after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge and any freight prepaid by King Cylinder Heads will be deducted.  Please note: Our flat rate shipping charge is a promotional rate and the actual shipping charges range between $30-75. The difference will also be added to the 20% restocking for new returns.

• Credits for returned items will be processed within 14 days

• No returns after 30 days.
